Valencia! I went there last October for a long weekend, and of course being a Spanish city, they do celebrate their own identity so flags etc. are readily available.

It's down to us the fans to try and persuade him on Saturday with banners or what ever method one feels is appropriate. I've just phoned The Argus and asked whether they could include banners for us all to hold up on Saturday but they claim that they have not got the funds. I thought of streaking holding up a banner myself but that would be a shocking sight!!

I'm actually starting to get a bit upset that it might be his last home game for us on Saturday. I'm not ready for a Goodbye youtube montage yet. I hope he starts against Birmingham, I love every second he's on the pitch and every time he gets anywhere near the ball. He's like a ribbon of silk fluttering through a sea of polyester.

Please don't make us need to make one of these just yet!!
