Mmmm, 20 grand a week for not doing much, or no offers due to a reputation for being injury prone, which would you choose?
He was fit ALL of last season - despite what you have been led to believe

I would rather jcf be given a chance this season . Not much point in as a club wanting to develop the youth into 1 st team players then leave a very good one out of the squad to accomodate vicente.

That would be brilliant move IMHO as we would continue playing football plus he will have contacts in Spain for players at the right price. He could take up a similar position as Tanno did as regards playing only when needed.Player-manager.
Well let me see now, what has Vicente actually done for the club and what has Gus done for the club I wonder. Well, given the choice ...
Really? remember his silky skills against Blackburn when he had some runs down the left wingLeft wing? I think he's more suited to behind the striker at this stage of his career.
Wasn't it only a few months ago that those itk were telling us that Bloom was furious with Poyet for bringing in Vicente, who was taking the pee with his injury problems, and that his daughter was very unhappy at school?
In terms of stature in the game, he's like the Iberian equivalent of Roy Keane.I can't believe some people are questioning whether having Vicente back at Brighton, that's VICENTE at BRIGHTON, would be a good thing or not. Unbelievable.
I'd rather not have him back to be honest. He'd have 1 brilliant game then 5 average games
