And what a show it was.

Performance of the season for me. The whole team played well. Good positive football. Attacking swiftly and with purpose.

Thank you BHA for an amazing night out.

I'd put Mattock and Navarro in the equation for MOTM both were outstanding tonight in another wonderful team performance.

Yeah agree with that Mr Soprano.

Bloody amazing.

Just got home and still buzzing.

Lua lua was inspired today.

And Vicente is simply a different standard to everybody else in this league.

Well played again boys.

Derby couldn't LIVE with Vicente and Lua Lua. They'd have had trouble coping with either one of them, but having to cope with BOTH of them was just same old Brighton, taking the piss!

The derby left back actually had a look of TERROR on his face every time Lua Lua got the ball.

It was incredible watching more and more of them going to these two when they get the ball - and STILL being beaten.
Made me think of this at times:

Absolutely fantastic entertainment from the pair of them - brilliant!

And we almost had two superb goals - LuaLua's screamer from the angle which just went over and Vicente's mazey run and shot that hit the bar. Both would have been goal of the season contenders.

I'd love to be able to go back and find who the MONGS on this site were arguing with my statement earlier this season that Kazenga is a HUNDRED times the player Noone is.

Turning down £1.2m for Noone in January when we have two of the best wingers in the division, both of whom are in a different world to him, is surely one of the greatest mistakes in our history.

The two wingers who haven't had the best fitness in the last year or so, that would be a mad thing to do. Same with Buckley.

Do agree it would have been a good fee to accept though.

Noone isn't half the player he was at the start of the season, whereas LuaLua just gets better. Can't figure out what's gone wrong with Nooney.

I can't quite believe this, but I am almost agreeing with you.

The only reason to keep Nooney was because of injury worries with our other wingers though I would have thought.

Plus (and I know this is childish) I still cannot forgive Nooney for that picture under the "This is Anfield" sign that he tweeted after the Liverpool cup game.

Congratulations on putting a negative spin on a wonderful evening.

May you continue to touch our lives with joy.

Kazenga was brilliant tonight, but Vicente was - & indeed is - different Paella. It was an absolute joy to witness the pair of 'em tearing Derby to pieces. Flair-tastic Scenes.
