Very close leagues

Quick favour! Someone posted a league - think it was somewhere in Eastern Europe - that was very, very close. something like 3 points between 2nd and bottom.

I have tried searching for it - but can't find it - can anyone post it on here?

ah - the can't catch us thread. dam my drink-sozzled brain. stat-nerd was delighted with it. first observation was that third place team had a negative goal diff.
