3 in 3 days now. They've changed their tactic and are now saying I received a bad call the other day and was HACKED but DON'T YOU WORRY THERE POPPET, we are the good guys and we are going to fix it. Only kept him only for 10mins this time before getting bored and asking him about whether this makes him happy and what his interests are. I then sat in the toilet for the last 3 mins of the call and informed him I was in quite some distress. He eventually asked if I was messing around with him and I told him it wasn't as bad as the mess I was making.

Gutted my kids weren't round for today's call as the 5 year old asked "can I talk to him about poo?" and then laughed her head off.

There is a series on BBC1 called Scam Interceptors which is an interesting watch to see how these guys operate. Currently showing on a Monday night so worth getting relatives who rely on traditional TV to try and watch this as a warning.
