No. A reflex save indicates no thought, almost an instinctive action. Some saves involve more thought and control in reaction - seeing the direction of the ball and consciously making a decision to move their body/limbs in a thoughtful way to stop the goal.

Like most elite level sports it’s mainly muscle memory. Cricket and tennis players could not tell you how they deal with a 90mph bouncer or return a 120mph serve, because they don’t have time to think about it, they just do it. Same with keepers.

Out of all those, Bart's was the only one I would not expect the keeper to save. So, by that metric - it's the best!
