a) Surely they can't introduce it half way through a season.
b) I've only seen it used about 3 or 4 times, but each time the players have ignored it, stepped over the line and the referee has ignored them.

It's taken 6 months to train the championship referees on how to use it, apparently D'urso still doesn't get it...
