Thanks. Article seems to suggest that he is being sold because he will be out of contract next year and won't renew. If we get him, its nice to be on the right end of this after having to sell Ashley Barnes in similar circumstances.

I like the sound of this guy. I'm always surprised that English clubs don't sign more German players- their style of play normally transfers well to English leagues and their culture makes a transition to life in the UK relatively simple. There seems to be good value over there as well as they are not all on sky high wages (yet).

Before you ask yes it is tiring being always surprised. I am literally always surprised.
