I've tried adding them. It's not happening as far as I can make out. As for them adding me, the whole reason I'm buying the tickets is because they're not really great with computers and pinning them down to go through the whole process isn't easy.

Standby for legions of supporters who have never paid less than a tenner to watch a football match to tell you how simple it is and you should be grateful to at least have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for our caring and technical advanced club and it's 21st century ticket buying procedure. (Non of which is fit for purpose BTW.)
I haven't got their password unfortunately - and can't get hold of them. I'll wait for the phone lines to open!

Stop being a twat.... in this case, it is clearly a misunderstanding of how it works / not being able to read the website. NOTHING to do with the system
It is not that hard at all, very simple as I have just purchased 5 through friends and family
This whole online ticketing moan up is baffling to me. Never had a problem and find it a pleasure to use as long as you READ what you need to do
You have a point. Just using threads/posts on here as a guide people DO struggle with the system for a number of reasons. Assuming that these threads/posts are the tip of the iceberg I wonder how many non-NSC Albion fans find it 'really simple and easy to use' and how many have struggled and given it up as a bad job?Standby for legions of supporters who have never paid less than a tenner to watch a football match to tell you how simple it is and you should be grateful to at least have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for our caring and technical advanced club and it's 21st century ticket buying procedure.
