I don't get any pleasure in joining clubs or wearing a t-shirt that says i am overjoyed and feeling like everyone, and there always seems to be a big american television bandwagon that many swarm toward, begging for the crumbs and crusts such a diamond-wheeled stagecoach throw off. But at the minute i am trying to get into Madmen, which is pretty good i suppose, but stick much closer to the psychotic, meaningless mayhem of Damages with it's reckless, lesbian suggestions and rancid humping involving Ted Danson.
You have a favourite American show at the minute, or do you naturally try and stay away from them?

I ain't got into that. Mostly, i think, because of the appearance of Terry O'Quinn. He spent some time in my nightmares as a youth due to his eponymous role in The Stepfather. I watched that around the same era as My Two Dads and the nightmares combined; a pair of smug padres telling unfunny jokes, their hands pinned to the cracked, schizophrenic dinner-table of their murderous host: Terry O'Quinn.

The Shield is utter quality. Season 6 is released on Region 2 on March 24th, I believe.

I'm also enjoying The Big Bang Theory.
