Take a look at Lebara. Uses Vodaphone network. Free roaming in Europe, Canada, Auatralia, New Zealand, USA and India. Monthly rolling contract. Good deals from 5gb data per month up to unlimited - for example special deal through Uswitch 30gb data fro £8.95 per month. All deals include international minutes from the UK. Have recently changed to Lebara myself, works well.
