These videos have been fairly well explained/debunked. These two videos explain what we are seeing on the Pentagon stuff:

Yeah that pretty much covers it

I don't think we need to worry about aliens who build interstellar spacecraft with "strings attached". People are so scientifically illiterate!
Science and its practitioners are so arrogant and limited, for something that hasn't been with humanity for very long. We need science and logical positivism, but it's not the be all and end all.

If there are aliens visiting and we are blowing them up then that's a bit shit. They would have huge technology advantages we could learn from as well as a better understanding of the universe.
They might even know how to fix VAR......
Why is it assumed any alien would be so advanced in technology? So far all they have come up with is a balloon 🤔

Hmm. Not according to the UAP task force & the Pentagon. Just a couple of YouTubers that get paid for clicks.

Where have the UAP said that those videos are wrong? The video footage is poor and it's not possible to identify exactly what they are. So what?

I guess a choice between a plausible, science based, rational explanation and ALIENS, ALIENS wins hands down every time.

Plausible, science based, rational explanation fanboys and people screaming ALIENS, ALIENS are both stabbing in the dark at the moment, until we actually have something to work with.

They haven’t. The objects are still classified as unknown, so nothing has been debunked. It’s just another unproven theory that may or may not be correct. I have made no conclusions myself, it’s just one of many interesting cases.

The idea that it is in any way proof of aliens visiting has been debunked. Filming something badly, so that it can't be seen what you've filmed, creates a UAP. That will always be the case, and isn't particularly interesting. You asked what my thoughts on the videos were. I find the video explaining how images can look like that to be the most logical explanation, and that there's really nothing of note to see in the UAP videos.

I would be interested to hear the views of experts, but it's all too easy to find an expert who just wants 15 minutes in the spotlight.

We can see details of systems within 100 light years from earth and we cannot detect any evidence of intelligent life from those systems (like radio waves etc), so it seems impossible that there can be life more advanced there than here without us having any idea about it. So that would leave us with spaceships travelling from much much further. They'd have to have left their planets many centuries ago, back when we were a planet with no noticeable intelligent life. If they're automated, it would be odd that we're never able to get a good look at one, and if they're sending information back to base, that information will take centuries to get there.

It just all seems a bit far fetched. Some of the images there look like they're just dust blobs on the equipment.
What’s far fetched is to assume that if alien spacecraft are here, they have travelled from systems 100 light years away by conventional means. Bonkers!

Many of the UAPs documented by the Americans don’t ‘fly’ in a conventional way. They don’t move in a way that our understanding of science can explain. If these phenomena are real aliens (or us from the future), they are surely getting here by manipulating spacetime so point A (starting point) is engineered to be very close to point B (destination).

I don’t think spacetime is a fundamental component of reality, it’s a consequence of something else.

You're onto something here by questioning the space travel hypothesis however, there's a bigger picture at work. There is some sort of phenomenum but no-one knows what it it. People assume "aliens" but that's just a dumb-arse label. We simply don't know what it is. It may be something else yet again that's beyond our comprehension at this point. What makes me really laugh is when television networks drag out some "expert" who says it's the planet Venus or a flock of starlings or some other idiotic explanation, but they don't really know and they're too full of themselves to say so.

If people can overcome their dismissive approach to unusual phenomena, it's worth having a look at some of Jacques Vallée's work:

Having said all this, regarding the current cases we have to see what comes out of the American analyses of these things once they're all retrieved and then we have to hope they tell the truth about their findings, which is less than likely unfortunately.

Thanks for sharing that. Jacques Vallée in that article echoes a bit of what Stephen Hawking spoke about too I think. I'm not expecting these latest objects to be anything remarkable beyond the way and location in which they were deployed, but some of the stuff that dives into how little we understand of the nature of reality and consciousness as he and Hawking do feels like it'll end up giving us the most plausible explanation, at some point, for some of the phenomena.

Reminds me of the UFO's being spotted over Scotland in the 80's and 90's.

Turned out to be the stealth bomber.

Who said that they'd traveled by conventional means? I went with the notion that they were traveling at the speed of light. Maybe that's conventional to you.

Traveling back in time and engineering points in space are science fiction. If you want to believe that's happening, go ahead, but we don't have any evidence supporting it. We also don't have evidence of anything flying in a non conventional way.
