Forget football, forget the Albion, the Masters is only a few days away - where's your money going? Will Woods turn up? Will Rory win his first Masters?

Rickie Fowler hasn't been in the best of form recently but he gave a good showing at the Majors last year. Can get 40/1 with some bookies which is tempting. Price is too short on Rory to win it, IMHO. Anyone got any tips?

As an outsider : Brandt Snedeker - When he was an amateur he practised at Augusta every day for 3 months...Having taken advantage of winning the US amateur. Last 4 years has finished (37,6,19,15) - most recent first.

If you want the most likely i'd say Adam Scott or Bubba, although I'd love Rory to do it and complete the career grand slam.

Going for Westwood like I always do :)

Hope Rory fails as his comment about winning it then he's nothing else to prove, really?, if that's the case then I hope he does the right thing and retires.

I love the Masters and now we know Tiger will be playing it makes it even better.

I know he's bang out of form but the guy is an absolute class act and 50/1 given his form around Augusta is tempting and what a story it would be if he could roll back the years and win there. He will certainly have all golf fans on his side willing him on.

As an outsider I like Branden Grace @ 200/1, been in good form on the European TOur this year and South Africans seems to do well at Augusta.

I think there is great outside value in all five of these. Prices quoted are to win outright, but you can also get fantastic value for a top 5 finish. I've got the lot coverd off for about £15 and think there is real value here. GLA.

Westwood 50/1
Oosthuizen 50/1
Matsuyama 70/1
Kaymer 80/1
Simpson 150/1

Woods has one more in him somehwere surely, but I'd imagine it's not the best value.

Agree on Rickie Fowler. I'll probably nibble on Matt Kuchar & Kevin Na as well.

I bloody love The Masters

I'm a golf fan and no way do I want him to win.

Can't help with the golf predictions, but I hope the azaleas are at their peak this year, I'd watch it for that alone

I only found out tonight a bit of news that will make my Masters weekend brilliant. The BBC has sent John Murray out there to help with the commentary !

The nasal Northumberland Uber Hype merchant will NOT be commentating on any of the weekend football which is a fantastic result !!!!!!

I just pity you lot having to listen to his " And Woods puts it in ta the WHOOOOOLE " shite for four days.Never has any commentator consistently made so much nasal noise about very little on whatever sport he squeals at. Good luck you lot.

The only chance Woods has got of getting another green jacket is if he gets a job at Asda.
How true:lol:

I'm against him on both days he plays:lolol: BF Sportsbook went 11/10 on him missing the cut, I have had my biggest ever golf bet on that. VC went 11/4 on him shooting 75+ in the first round, don't mind if I do. His driving is shocking, his short game is 18 handicapper or worse with his chipping being woeful now, he'll be lucky to shoot under 80 under the intense pressure and the great news is that he's out 2nd last on Thursday.

I would love to see him come back but it wont be this week, not a chance.

My Team...assembled during the last 12 months...

Rory 11/2 (8/1 available with Billy Hills at 8.30 Tomorrow)
Lefty 25/1 and 22/1
Rickieeee 50/1 and 28/1
Louis Oosty 80/1
Jimmy Walker 25/1

Good luck everyone, but not Tiger:cool:

As usual Billy Seagull has copied all my fancies but has missed out JB Holmes who I think has a big chance. I took the 80's a couple of weeks back but still available at 50's. Been in good form this season including a win last week, hits it miles off the tee which if he keeps it straight ( and I do mean if ! ) he will have a huge advantage as currently conditions at Augusta are soft and the course will be playing very long. If you want a quick return on your money then I suggest backing Tiger to miss the first fairway at 4/5 with SkyBet. In his practice round on Monday he was so wide off the first tee he played his second shot from the 9th fairway. Good luck everyone.
