Here's a question. Does anyone know anyone who wants Romney to win? I've not seen any support on here or with anyone I know outside of NSC.
bushy wanted Romney to win

That’s a relief. The good guy won and the used car salesman lost. It’s safe to stay in the States for the next four years.

Also deserves mentioning:

Three states legalised marijuana (at least one of them for recreational use, not just medicinal)
And Maryland legalised Gay Marriage by popular vote.

My favourite moment of the election campaign was Obama on that talk show (was it Letterman?) when he's asked what is Donald Trump's continuing issue with him about his nationality and Obama replies along the lines of that Trump has been banging on about it since they were kids growing up together in Kenya. Quality!

to be replaced with a limp wristed left wing idiot?

You are 100% correct here. We shall return to this thread in six months and see how well the US is doing with Obama still in charge. I don't honestly care what way a politicians leans as long as they sort out the problems that concern people of that country. Listening on the radio Obama has failed to sort lots of things out.

Well done america for not voting in a right wing idiot. UK, are you watching how it's done?

Just interested, what policies does Mitt have that makes him right wing?
Is Mitt a Tory?

Don't worry, our right wing idiot will be rightly voted out next election

I can see many voters moving further right at the next election. The coalition will fracture. UKIP will gain at the Tories expense. The Lib Dems will implode and the net result will be Labour get back into government without having to try too hard. Having said that there's still plenty of time for Labour to cock it up. I'm not sure that we deserve any of the political parties or that they have the competence to govern the Country effectively.

Would like to know how the 'result' of a state is worked-out/called ? I mean from what i understand the know the winner of a state before all the votes are counted how can that be democratic ?

The democratic and free EU
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
He lost the popular vote by a lot and won the election. We should have a revolution in this country!

According to CNN, Obama took the popular vote 51-49%. Trump be craaazy.

On the other hand, in 2000, when Al Gore took the popular vote 48.4% to 47.9% (half a million votes), but George W won the election, that was obviously just democracy doing the Lord's work... Because Bush was a Republican

Also Obama is almost 2million ahead on the popular vote now. They are still counting in California and few other states.
