Group C features one show that is a personal favourite of mine, another show I think is horrendously shit, and two others. You'll probably be able to figure it out.


Arrested Development - 2003-2019, 84 episodes

Got started on this and enjoyed what I saw, but never persisted. Any show with a character called Tobias Funke in can't be all bad, surely?

The Big Bang Theory - 2007-2019, 280 episodes

Bazinga. Apparently. Sorry - really not for me.

Flight Of The Conchords - 2007-2009, 22 episodes

Warm, funny, inventive show about New Zealand's Fourth Most Popular Folk Parody Duo, trying to make it work in New York City. Superb support cast, especially the wonderful Rhys Darby as Murray Hewitt, their well-meaning but deeply naive manager.

Frasier - 1993-2004, 263 episodes

A comforting show I remember watching on Sunday mornings(?) on Channel 4, I think it was. I never found it laugh out loud funny personally, but passed the time easily enough.

Three great shows: Frasier , FOTC, and Big Bang, loved all three. I've gone for Frasier (and I assume we're talking about the original, not the reboot). Yes it fell away badly in the last season, but at its peak it was sublime.

Bit of trivia: Jermaine Clement from the Conchords (on the left in that picture) played 'Boris the Animal' in Men in Black 3

Arrested Development is awesome. I wish I could unwatch the final / new season as it was absolute trash compared to the original / older series.
But nothing tops Frasier.
