I have an concession ticket in the west upper but want to upgrade it too an adult. Can I do it at the ground just before kick off?

There is not much info on the seagulls site. Is it not possible to do on-line?
No, over the phone is quite easy to do. They will email you a paper ticket.

No can't do it online as far as I know. I normally just rock up to the ticket office window before the game and upgrade if I need to.

Okay thanks. Always quite a wait so will get there early. Is the cost just the difference as a normal ticket?

They seem to have changed it - it was £28 to upgrade a child to adult for the Newcastle game. Used to be about £18-20

Yep - they now increase to the specific match day price rather than the prior adult season ticket average or whatever they used before. Ker-ching.
