why dont you go to the club shop before the match as you will have to queue to pick up a paper ticket anyway.

Done this a few times already - you don't get a paper ticket as they simply change the info on the computer database so that when the card is used at the turnstile for this one game it doesn't show as a concession - so can definately be done over the phone!

You can but that costs £2 extra so just do it when you get to the Amex
