Defending corners i would have Adam over Greer every time. He commands the whole penalty area.

Isn't this dip dabs 10th and testimonial season?

Pretty sure it is - though not sure if he would get a testimonial if he leaves. Depends if he wants one really - but it could be set up for Brighton vs Bristol City if he signs for them - which isnt THAT exciting - although it would be 10 years since the play-off final at Cardiff.

It was more the inclusion of 7 (SEVEN) '<' in your comparison. El Abd's heading technique is excellent, I'd agree. He can launch a (free) header miles. That isn't the same thing as actually WINNING a header in an aerial challenge. Neither Adam OR Greer are particularly strong in that area. Adam knows this very well, which is why more often than not, he will attempt to move his opponent under the ball, and stop him heading it, rather than actually trying to head it himself.

Anyway HKFC "debatable", no?

I saw El Abd and Kuszczak having a very serious looking chat in the Gym on Monday morning.

They could have been discussing Celeb Big Brother for all I know, but I thought I would throw some petrol on the rumour flames nonetheless.

Shame to see him go but at the same time, feels like we're clearing out the dead wood to free up the wage bill for bigger and better things

Just what Bristol City need (ie a decent footballer...they are shithouse).

All the best Adam if that's where you end up.

He's a good defender, I think 'footballer' is stretching it a bit far.

Firstly, I'm massively appreciative of what AEA has done for us, a club man through and through and deserving of our loyalty as fans.

However, the guy just below him in the pecking order has bags of talent and needs to be playing from time to time. I wouldn't be dead against that happening. We also can't lose sight that short/medium term we have 2 centre backs who are getting on and will need replacing. AEA isn't the answer to that problem.
