Noddies Way - Currently 2000/1 with VC Bet and a general 1000/1 chance for this Saturday's Epsom Derby.

How an UNRACED horse can be left in the Derby by mistake is beyond me.

Gotta be worth a pound each way.

Madness, it would be like taking a player to the World Cup who hasn't ever played top flight football, ha ha, what fool would ... oh hang on.

Unraced horse, what has it been doing all its life, pulling a tinkers cart, giving rides to children or spent its time prancing majestically across the Lamborne Downs?

I went to Derby on the first day of last season, didn't see any horses, in fact come to think of it there weren't even any donkeys on show either.

It's only 3 years old... :lolol:

Still 2000/1 on VC bet.

I shall be in the Queens Stand on Saturday and will be making a small but not wholly insubstantial investment on Champoinship Point..............thank you so much.

Championship Point is the one I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago... BUT I'm quite liking Papal Bull now it has been entered, might do both of those plus a sly one on the 2000/1 Noddies Way.

Rest assured the Phil and Tubs 50p each way on the nose will be riding on the beast. Our syndicate has got a fine history at the derby meeting - two winners in 7 years.

For me...

Papal Bull - E/W - 12/1
Championship Point - E/W - 16/1
Snoqualmie Boy - E/W (small) - 500/1
Noddies Way - E/W (small) - 2000/1

Was tempted by Sir Percy at 8/1 until Uncle Spielberg backed it so that put an end to that one, I'd still like to back it but i just can't now, love to see him win it though.

I think we're going to be quite good at this betting malarky this year.

Do you think we ought to place all our bets with that bloke from Brighton again? What was his name again? Gay Roger or something wasn't it?

Derby????? Cant see past Westmead Hawk myself, although Amarillo Slim will certainly make a race of it. Wanted to get to the "real" derby but am working unfortunately. :(
The Hawk thought Errol Blyth was going to Orgasam when I watched it back on Sunday Morn.............very lucky Mrs HB&B noticed Sky put it on SS1 instead of SS3.

The hawk has to be one of the most exciting dogs Ive ever watched. The way he made up the distance on the home straight saturday was unreal. Its no suprise thats he's odds on favourite IMO. Are you into Greyhounds? If so watch out for "Shelbourne Hazel" when she starts running 695m at Hove, should be next week hopefully (only running 515m at the mo which is too short). She is going to be something special.
