I'm not saying he would be my 1st choice but I do think people need a reality check here ! A year ago when he was sacked at Spurs most people thought it was a huge surprise and he was linked with most jobs across Europe.Ok he has spent money at certain clubs but its up to Bloom/Barber to set the budget for whoever comes in not for a manager to decided.I don't think he can be blamed for the bad ownerships that have gone on at fratton park and god knows what's gone on at qpr but if Tony believes he's the man to get us over that line then that's good enough for me

He does have a habit of falling out with his chairmen. I'm not keen on any more imploding seasons.

A Harry Redknapp managed Brighton & Hove Albion would be an extremely attractive place for any top players.
I understand people's worry, but I think he would get us to the next level.

IF Harry was appointed would it increase the likelihood of Bridge and Upson signing permanently, I think it would.

Possibly. I think Redknapp fits the last big push before FFP really takes effect type model as that'd require a big personality that can attract and motivate players. Whatever your views of him are there are plenty of players who have said he is precisely that type. I am not a fan personally but I could see the logic behind it if that were TB's preference.

Pretty good choice I'd say - we'd obviously be disregarding FFP, but if Tony is OK with that then fine. No FFP penalties next season.

This is an absurd rumour, has anyone provided the reasoning behing Harry wanting to swap QPR where he has a plethora of top top players for us at the present time?

It doesn't make sense and the fact that this threadt has got to 9 pages tells you this place is best avoided at the moment.

He did big us up in a recent interview saying that it was possible to play attractive football and do well and sighted us as an example. At the time I thought he sounded like he was touting himself for the job

I think that last seasons squad with a few tweeks like Jenas for Crofts, Townsend to add wing competition and get CMS and or Hoskins linking up with Ulloa could see us on a winner for automatic.

Its like Momopoly, its always a thrill to collect all four stations. Could be Harry thinks the same... Bournemouth, Pompey, Sanits and now BHA....

Harry Redknapps blue and white army!!!!!

Would make Poyet's comments about the budget look a bit lame..Perhaps the money just wasn't available for Poyet to spunk away.

99% of the time I think you talk complete shit and have no time for your comments.

This is one of those 1% comments.

Just out of interest, will you be changing your NSC name to 'I like the boy, but we just can't afford him' or 'It's about good players, simple as that' if HR becomes manager?

Over there
Again 4 pages based on a man going to a qpr fans house lol

Make that 11 pages :)
1- This is nonsense.
2-He wouldn't come to us anyway.
3-We haven't got the budget.
4-Even if there is minuscule chance of it happening, no thanks the guy's dealings within other clubs have been "iffy" to put it mildly.
5-And even after all that and he did join and get us in the top 2, knowing his track record. he would probably jump ship by Christmas when a prem team with a large budget came calling.

And while we are all going around in circles with the management situation, on the Redknapp rumour, I'll refer back to my number 1 above.
This is nonsense
