Worthing
Soy Sauce and lime juice mixed as a dip for steak.
Pork (smoked if possible) with baked aubergine.
Mango juice drizzled over a salad.
Toasted rice on top of lime enthused minced beef (My wife won't touch it as it looks like maggots.)
I so miss Cambodian cooking.

A South African guy introduced me to cheese, Branston pickle and mayonnaise sandwiches. Sounds disgusting but tastes amazing

Recommendations wanted for foods that go particularly well together. The more unlikely the better.

I give you 2 x Wispa chocolate mouses with chunks of banana chucked in. Or even better using a banana as the spoon, and gradually munching it down Using the mouse as a dip.
(Not that unlikely i give you , but mouse and bananas do go outrageously well together).

EDIT: Chocolate mousse also nice with banana
A proper beef chilli, slow cooked with a slab of chocolate and a half pint of very strong black coffee...thrown in.
