What is particularly pointless is putting reg number into website - as you could arrive in any car you like and they scan code on your phone

Bridge Car Park this season seems very authoritarian compared to pre covid park where you like - now is only allowed to park in this exact spot and face this way - about twice as many parking stewards as pre covid - the spaces are small and to my mind should be some wider spaces for all he 4x4's to go in, that you are currently expected to park an inch away from and pay 15 quid to get a few dents from their doors on your smaller car

That’s not quite right. In my experience there has been a different system every match. The stewards have been very polite but authoritative.

Have only parked in Bridge twice this season - Burnley and Southampton - both times arriving good hour before match and made to park 6 inches from large 4x4's - both times was made to move closer as was told had parked too far away

Sorry to bounce an old thread. I've booked a space in the Uni car park for the Bournemouth game. I know some feedback about entry / exit has been poor at times, but what has it been like recently. Not in a huge rush to get away afterwards and can arrive 1.30 ish if needed. Thanks

If you're arriving around 1.30pm it should be a doddle to get in. The problems are almost always getting away again. My top tips are:

- Try to park as close as poss to the entrance (and reverse park, so you can get out of your space quickly)....this will obviously be easier, the earlier you arrive (the stewards direct you to a space, but sometimes you can accidentally ignore them...)
- Either race back to your car as soon as the final whistle blows (or even just before), or...
- Stay in the ground for at least 45 mins after the match ends.

I’m parking there on Saturday. I’d appreciate it if other road users could keep the entrance and exit clear for me at about 2pm / 5.15pm respectively. That will allow me to get home nice and early, really don’t want to get stuck in a queue if possible. Much appreciated - thanks.
