Great film. Not sure it was underrated though. Proved the ability of Di Caprio's acting ability

The Machinist. Extraordinarily good and Bale should really have won an Oscar or at the very least have been nominated

Not seen that. An Aussie film ?

Yep and based on a true story about a radio telescope site in western Australia that was supposed to be the back up relay station for transmitting the pictures from the landing of Apollo XI on the moon. Sam Neil plays the station chief in what is just a wonderfully humorous tale where the subject is just a back story to the workings of a relative backwater town in 60s Australia.

Wonderful cinematography and great acting all round.

It seems to be one of the films that Di Caprio plays in that goes unnoticed, despite it being one of his finest performances in my opinion.

2010 was a decent follow up. Deserved a better rep imo

AI - Artificial Intelligence. The ending which I thought was the strongest part of the film got a lot of stick but it was Kubrick's vision

Things to do in Denver when you're dead

Yes, I watched this when it came out and thought it was brilliant.

Never heard it talked about at the time or since.

Good Call
