Word has reached me that Northside are touring again in December!
'Shall we take a trip down memory lane...?'

tinx said:Ash are totally underrated in my opinion.
They are one of the best indie rock acts and have consistently released decent albums through their career without the recognition they deserve.
Mr Banana said:I'd say they consistently release thoroughly average albums and receive more credit for it than they deserve, particularly as they're underwhelming live.
I'll go for Neutral Milk Hotel - I know their album is treasured by those who know and it's hard to argue they're underrated when From The Aeroplane Over The Sea got 10/10 on Pitchfork, but I still feel that not enough people know about them.

Vast numbers of people loved them at the time. Just because you under-rated them doesn't mean anyone else did. "

I think Northside should do a baggy fest. Have 'em supported by Paris Angels and the Bridewell Taxis with Flowered Up in full Barry Mooncult madness mode to finish the night.
Just for a minute there I was 18 again and down the Zap with a can of Red Stripe.....

Guinness Boy said:Was that the one where the crowd biffed an inflatable can of Red Stripe all round the club? Mad night...
