surely if his asylum claim failed, he shouldnt qualify for ANYTHING in this country?

You'd think not but thats obviously not the case, You see criminals are now the victims in this country and we live on a simple princable of crime does pay! I wonder if the REAL victim of his crime would be entitled to £50,000 compensation for the ordeal she went through and the mental torture she will suffer for the rest of her life?

Bloody Home Office couldn't organise a fart in an elevator, yes allow the chap in as an assylum seeker - but as soon as he became a criminal he should have been frog marched back to Somalia...not stuck in a cell for 20 months and waffled on through appeals and paperwork, just get him the f**k out!!

Home Office are dreadful - I have personally experienced their utter trip, twaddle and time wasting efforts to the extreme!!

I suppose it,s inconceivable that the reason the Home Office etc etc appear utter tripe etc etc, because maybe they,re continually having to prepare absolutely water -tight cases, so as to satisfy the left wingers in this country...??......bit like our stadium problem really.......obvious what SHOULD happen....but some legal wankers can easily delay things....

Given my experience with the HO - I wouldn't be so kind to them as to blame the lawyers for this one...

The rule is you can come to this country and claim assylum, he then committed a crime, did his time, and should have been deported the day he got out of prison! No if's, and's or but's....As I've said before the Home Office cranks over at the speed of a sloth on downers, so it doesn't suprise me really...But if the government wants to sort this mess out (ie assylum, and deportation of those criminals who it can't find) - it has to start with dragging the HO up to the 21st century...
