Won by George Boyd of Hull City for, according to the Football League 'scoring four goals in five matches for his new club'. As opposed to Ulloa, who scored seven in six during March.

I'm sure goals scored is not the only criterion used when selecting Player of the Month, but it's a bit odd when it's the only one their press release mentions.

Can anyone inform what Boyd has done this month? Must be pretty special to out-do a new striker who's come into a foreign league, hit 7 goals in 6 games including the first hat trick in his team's new stadium
