Semi Final One

Shit gets real from this point onwards.

Fawlty Towers
- 1975-1979, 12 episodes

This show has consistently posted BIG numbers. But has it had an easy run?

Father Ted
- 1995-1998, 25 episodes

Very popular on here. I've seen many see it as a favourite to win the whole thing.

This should be a mammoth clash.

VOTE NOW!
UKCC24 - Group Stage Round Up
UKCC24 - R16 Round Up

Can't be arsed to do a separate thread for Quarter Final Round Up;

Fawlty Towers battered Not The Nine O'Clock News (150 - 37)
Father Ted squeaked past I'm Alan Partridge (145 - 117)
Only Fools and Horses beat The Fast Show (154 - 103)
...and Blackadder is currently battering The Office (184 - 71 at last count).

This is ridiculously tough.

Voted Father Ted, purely because there are twice as many episodes. Wouldn't be able to decide otherwise.

In the past I would have voted Fawlty, but I increasingly see Father T as being far more valuable.

I've always been Father Ted for the whole thing, but this is a tough draw and no mistake. A cracker.

I think a few Fawlty Towers episodes (Communication Problems) are among the best TV ever made. But every episode of Father Ted is brilliant and there's more of them ( and a Christmas special) so I vote for that

Decent predicting.

Porridge will be disappointed to go out so tamely.

Drawn away to Blackadder in the Round of 16. Not a kind draw that.

Even so, given it was 10/1 vs 8/1, it was a battering.

In the finest NSC tradition, Porridge supporters are blaming a biased referee and saying the voting was rigged.
