UIpgrading Season ticket from U10 to adult

Hi, does anyone know the process of upgrading an U10's season ticket to an adult, just for a one off game? Its in the South stand.

Yeah, its an U10 season ticket but I wanted an adult to come to the Burnley game. I know there will be extra to pay but I'm not sure what to do.

you'll pay about £20 extra - no problem to do, but it won't be in the south stand - that's the away end

Hi.. I had to do this for my U10 last week but not sure you'd have a season ticket in the South stand??

Anyway, if you mean west, north or east then it's easy.

Call the club in the morning on 0845 873 0251 and you can upgrade on the phone. No credit card surcharge either

Just hand the U10 season ticket card to the adult and they will get in as normal. Job done!

Give the ticket office a call. They will be able to upgrade over the phone, or pop to the ticket office - would recomend doing it early though as would get busy!

West stand lower is £24.00 to upgrade, painless to do at the ticket office and they will give you a paper ticket if you want.

There are four different price bands in WS1!

If you're going to the game tomorrow, just take the U10 season ticket into the ticket office at the ground, tell them the upgrade you want and for what match and they'll just swipe it for you there and then and charge you the extra you need to pay. Hey presto, season ticket card upgraded. It's all very easy to do.

As it so happens, I rang the so called 'season ticket customer care' today about something.

As an afterthought, I asked the same question.

The guy said it was a straight, no nonsense £14 to upgrade, whether over the phone, or even just before the game, via the Amex in person.

The £14 was probably to upgrade from U18 to Adult, so to upgrade from an U10 to Adult will probably be around £21

Yeah my upgrade in wsl (H block) from under 10 to adult was £22, did it over the phone & it was no fuss at all
