There are no proper Cafes anywhere in this country using UHT milk. Any that have started and set up using UHT milk are very soon closed, because once bitten twice shy, punters don't return, and the word spreads quickly.

Personally, I can't take fresh full fat milk in tea or coffee, either.
Fresh skimmed is what we have at home, although I can cope with semi.

You too are just using 'white water' to discolour you tea from black to reddish white.

As mentioned, it's popular in France. I've introduced a few Frenchies to real fresh English milk, even they prefer it. UHT is shit.
