Theres a post on the Argus website comments under the \\\'Falmer council could appeal\\\' that says:

I wouldnt get too concerned though. Follow the link on the website theyre plugging and it doesnt even WORK. All you get is a daft picture of a woman being done up the council GRITTER, and a dead link. Priceless.
