How are they defining a serial homosexual? How many times do they have to be caught?

I personally don't approve but I also don't approve of people keeping horses as pets and riding them on the road without paying road tax to do so. therefore the death penalty seems a little harsh.

However, the was an english couple who were jailed in Dubai for having sex on the beach when they weren't married. Maybe we as a nation are too liberal.

I expect every Ugandan male who is illegally in the UK will now claim to be Gay. There is no way the Home Office would then send them back to Uganda if they would be killed. More problems for us long term !
