I've got no idea how the subs work! I was about to shift Gomez but it said I was about to lose 6 points!!! I will have a read-up.

Regarding Substitutions
Use the My Team page to select 11 players to form your team for the next Matchday. Your formation will automatically change based on the players you have chosen.
Your substitutes do not score points. However, once a Matchday has started you can choose to take control of your squad by making manager substitutions, or do nothing and allow automatic substitutions to take place at the end of the Matchday.
I've just looked at my team and my substitutions were automatically made. Points will only be deducted from a player if you remove them within a 'match day'.

Good day for me moving up to 45 points - but i lost about 7 with my subs mistake so i would have been 1st or 2nd on both leagues if i didnt fcuk it up
