But when it comes to a team winning that is in a different country then this may not be the case. I'm not sure how many teams in Europe play in a different country to where they are actually based (Berwick, Cardiff, Wrexham, Swansea to name but four) and yes I know that the Welsh trio are in the Football League and not just the English League. I think UEFA need to clarify the situation in case Cardiff win the cup!

Would the tannoy announcer ask the Cardiff fans to stay off the pitch so the lads can do a lap of honour?
