Yes, Mullins, Slater and Simmonds!

I was pretty surprised that all 3 started seeing as Simmonds played for the England U-17s on Monday and Slater and Mullins played the whole match and 71 minutes respectively for the ROI U-21s on Sunday.

No other players are missing on international duty.
