Delighted Rob Hunt has been extended for another year. Every time I've watched him I've been impressed. Would love to see him come through and get on the bench this coming season at some point.

Surprised by Fenlon, unless the club thought it was best he went and got regular first team football, and Cole. No word on the other icelandic player who isn't Ragnar, not been seen for a while.

Icelandic lad - Emil Admundsen i think, surprised Monakana given new deal, at his age now, he should be pushing for a 1st team squad place next season.

Assuming these are only the players on professional contracts whose deals were up. We will also presumably let go some scholars (the next level down).

Emil Asmundsson picked up a serious injury in the first U-21 league match of the season last August against Blackburn, and I haven't heard anything from the club since. When he signed, his contract was definitely until June 2015 - Albion Sign Emil Asmundssen[sic], so I'm not sure why he isn't mentioned in the retain list article.

There is also no mention of Rob Deen and Charlie Harris, so I am assuming the contracts they signed last summer were for two years.

No mention of Rea either. So either it's the same situation or he's being moved into the first team squad for next season.

Rea signed an original two-year deal in June 2013 that was extended for a further year in February, so he is contracted until June 2016.

That's the one, remember you saying he picked up an injury.

Think they got it about right. I'm a fan of Dallinson, not surprised re Pappoe just a bit of a lump and lacks pace, Muitt a little surprising as a good finisher.

Glen Rea signed a contract extension in January until Summer 2016 so no mention of him on report as he isn't one of the players a decision needed to be made about.

I always got the impression he was never going to make it at championship level

Another one rolls off the legendary Albion striker production line.

On the plus side, I suppose, we've been keeping the non-league clubs of the South East, not to mention the Sussex County League, in strikers for many years now, so, every cloud.

Scott Ramsay, jake Robinson, Joe Gatting, Shamir Fenelom, we've produced some cracking semi pro's in our time

more surprised by Pappoe and Muitt -although i am hardly an expert on the under 21s i have to admit.

Must admit I watched the 21's on several occassions and was impressed with Pappoe although he got sent off a few times which may have counted against him. Glad Starkey is being kept, he has a great left footed delivery and was played at left back in the last game. Could he be the answer to our left back problems?. Muitt looked too lightweight. Good player but needs to beef up a bit for championship and beyond. I assume that Chike Kandi that well known porn star is still on the books as I think we gave a two year contract. He hasn't played for ages and I again assume he is injured. Another centre forward who hasn't scored though.
