This is a guess, but maybe E could be confused with F if the bottom of the letter is obscured

Ah I can see it now. Incidentally that big box sticking out in the NW corner is infact the 'police box' i believe - always assumed it was the media centre.

I believe the media centre is in fact in the building behind the police/security box.
