1. Why is there no F block in WSU?

2. What is this?

I thought it may be another exit, but as there isn't one on the other end of WSU, would be a bit a little odd, given how nice and symmetrical the stadium is.

Then I thought perhaps some kind roofed off area for commentators? But at such a zoom its hard to make out the size of it.

This is a guess, but maybe E could be confused with F if the bottom of the letter is obscured
