Gary Gardner is very very good. Didn't he score for Coventry v us?

No way would Villa let him go out on loan, unless Stephen Ireland is going to play.

Very much this, looked different class when he was here wit Coventry, would take him like a shot

Gary Gardner would be a great signing.

Fulham wise the other lad is the one who was highly rated at Liverpool and Fulham insisted on taking as part of the Konchesky deal I think? Be surprised if they given up on him! Dalla Valle similar story come from Liverpool but is a striker and done Bournemouth, Dundee, Exeter on loan, could we be next step up on loan progress? He's meant to be damn good.

My bet though would be Matt Briggs as he's a England U21 LB who can play bit of CB and LM and highly rated but had spell at Peterborough last season. Reckon a season long, local loan with a footballing Champ side be perfect for him!!!

I saw something the other day about us considering an audacious bid to sign Fabian Delph.

Delph, eh, well he does have the seemingly mandatory Leeds connection.

If we were to sign Gardner, which of our regular CPFC posters do we think will be the first to opine that life at Brighton will be all, ahem, uphill for him?

If it was the two who were reportedly spotted by pornomagboy yesterday it certainly wasn't Heskey or Delph

But not black skin....lol

He didn't want to make it too obvious by saying: coloured, black hair, 6ft 2, used to play for Villa but has just been released, played in England's 5-1 demolition of Germany and is nicknamed Bruno...

He wanted to keep us guessing a bit!

I know Heskey was up the Amex a few days ago, but was believed they couldn't reach a deal with him.

Wow! we're getting mighty picky on here. All the players mentioned would be good additions providing they stick with the Gus plan and their wages with TB plan.

Gary Gardner and Alexander Kacaniklic, according to my source.

Alexander Kačaniklić would make sense, the guy who scouted him for Watford works for us now. Gary Gardner would be decent too. Fingers crossed this is correct.

Don't think it would mean the end for Noone either, we had Assulin on loan, Gus likes his wide players, they're the players who can change a game and you need different types of wide player in different scenarios. Just look at Germany last night for an example of that!

Didn't Stephenson (or whatever his name was) leave in January or something?

this is complete ballsh*t.

Leicester made him an offer a while ago, there is no chance we would offer higher wages than them, so very much doubt he would then listen to an offer from us, especially when he is on £70K a week until the end of this month.
