I was in my car coming back from a meeting, as 11 approached I turned off the radio and fell silent as I drove. It does appear however that my sat nav has no respect.

Forgot all about it - blundered into the gyratory Sainsburys wondering why so many people were standing silent and motionless outside. Only when I got inside and saw all the staff lined up with their heads hung did the poppy drop. Great effort by Sainsburys, poor effort by me. Maybe next year.
No need to wait till next year, Sunday at 11.

I was off school today, as I was sitting in my bed with a horrific stomach ache I did have a few minutes to my self in complete silence, thinking of the fear and danger those men went through and all men who have died so that we have the freedom to go to matches at the wonderful Amex stadium.

Was in a gym before heading back to work. Fully expected a message over the tannoy or the music to stop. NOTHING.
There was about 4 of us (didnt know each other) but all fell silent for 11.
Other people were talking and still CLATTERING weights around.
Quite annoyed me, actually.
Just to go slightly off topic did you know that at Marcel Marceau's funeral they held a minute's noise.
