Was that posted yesterday morning at 8.45 am, presumably he was commenting on the English yobs behavior in Marseille previous to yesterday's events?

Yes he was, and before the facts were known as it is coming out that the England fans were attacked Friday night and although I do not condone violence they are apparently defending themselves.

He has since today said he still stands by his comment

It does appear that the Russians are causing most of this BUT some English fans have been a bit twattish and embarrassing as well. I think his comments are fair and nothing to get worked up about.

Exactly. Heard a NI fan on 5live talking about the violence they'd encountered. Like most of the incidents involving England fans, they were put upon by local gangs/organised rival gangs and were defending themselves. The difference is that if a NI fan starts acting like a hooligan, he is given a slap and told to behave by other fans (I believe the Welsh & Scots have a similar approach abroad).

Twats everywhere but a response by the S A style thugs is not really acceptable and to be facilitated by another countries security force is outrageous. Need to look at the big picture here.

No it isn't "fair" as you put it.

It would be "fair" if Andy Burnham also made comments about the Russian thugs behaviour...but he didn't. Just like YOU , he is happy to criticise anything English.

As always, I wish you would f**k off from this forum......and the Albion , who you are equally and continually critical of.

I am sure it was also mentioned early this morning on R5L, that some people who attacked the NI fans were dressed in black, if Russian, surely the ignorant twats do not know the difference in the flags?

Given this hysterical response I don't think you'd know something fair if it slapped you in the face....which I think is what you need to calm you down. Either that or a cold bucket of water tipped over your head.

And these ''hardcore'' steroided up russian thugs , completely melted when faced with english fans who DID want to fight.

A thread about two people beaten up and in hospital - the perfect thread to start a 'who has the hardest lads' debate, I'll await your response of cock, cvnt or w anker with baited breath :bla:

May I add to my earlier post, that it would be great if you could also f**k off from the Remain camp....and then f**k off from the Labour Party, ....followed by f*****g off from Jeremy Corbyn appreciation society.......and finally f**k off away from your poor, wretched wife, whose only pleasure in life away from you is when you are making over 34,000 posts on this forum alone.

You know and I know, scenes like the last few days were nothing compared to the early 80's when it was common place to be in such situation. This is where the last few years has brought all the scarfs back to England away games forgetting what could happen
