We've won, but I don't think that we'll get away with that without some sort of objection fron Kent.

I'll take the win against those pikey twats though:lol:

Kent knew what score they would need after each over. That's why they chose to bat 2nd, so I'd say they f***ed it up bigtime :dunce:

Top work by Yardy. Kent can grumble but frankly they were favourites to win on the D/L They knew exactly what they had to do and didn't do it.

Come on Sussex!!!!!!!

Kent really f***ed that up. They seemed to be content with staying 1 or 2 runs ahead of D/L but a wicket (which we didn't get) or a couple of good overs (which we did) would leave them in the shit.

Ha!!

At some point or other we had to turn to our fast bowlers as the trundler's would have been bowled out. Kent must have known that as soon as someone with a bit of pace came on, the umpires would call it off.

The only argument they have for being unfairly treated would be ; The Umpires KNEW this would happen so it should have been a REDUCED 10 over slogfest.

But ; Who cares? We won. :clap2:

This would definately have been the fairest way to do it but the only people who could argue that would have been us if we'd lost. There's no way they can argue it because if you offered any captain in the country their target with the likelyhood of no more than 10 or so overs every one would take it.

Kent f***ed up by pussy footing around, simple as

Kent knew the situation from the off, they won the toss, they choose to bat second, if they were unhappy at the time they should have spoke to the umpires beforehand, when like I said, they knew that situation could have happened...

On another note, DR Smith netted me another £50, 5/1 for top team batsman was a ridiculous price and it's the second time in a row it's come in! (They only do top team batsman on televised games)
