To be honest, if we are going to be cocked abut with games moved for TV, these four changes are about as benign as we could reasonably hope for.

Most of the money is split equally between clubs. All the overseas money is split equally while only 25% of the domestic money is appearance based. Despite it being called a "facility fee" the Premier League site suggests you get it if you appear on TV regardless of home or away.
