I know it's only May but it will take something to beat this advert from Tesco for best ad of the year. Never fails to make Mrs Crod and I guffawing with laughter. The look on the shop assistants face is absolutely priceless.





Closely followed by this classic from Walkers with absolute legends Beckham and Henry interrupting before a big game at the San Siro because they want a bag of crisps.

Excellent choices. As you say, the Tesco one is hilarious but I was just starstruck seeing Henry and the greatest British footballer of all time deliver oscar worthy performances in the Walkers one, so that just edges it for me.

Today's trivia fact. The brunette who opens the door is one of my mate's wife. I've no idea how she got the gig. As the ad was playing my wife commented ' doesn't that girl look like Steve's wife '. A quick check on Facebook confirmed it was her and the blonde is a mate of hers
