You know the way it goes, the results for us that changed things-

Include other teams results if you wish-

Tonight's last minute gasp Chris Wood goal was one such example.

For me the most important victory of the season and turning point was the win (after 2 defeats) 2-0 away win at Rotherham.

We were perhaps expected to win it,yet had we suffered a 3rd straight defeat at that stage, perhaps the season may have turned out a little different.

What was yours.

Away at Birmingham.

First time i actually thought we would win the league, think i was among the rare persons (on here) that wanted Newcastle to stop beating teams as felt we could keep up with them for the title...

That was also one of 3 games in succession also where we came from behind away from home to win too...

Stockdale penalty save and Hemed header at Brentford. As the players went off I got that feeling that they knew they were good enough.

Some memories:
Away to Fulham, Stockdale facing a penalty
Home to Wed  , down to 10, Stockdale facing a penalty
Holding on against QPR followed by Forest stuffing Huddersfield (not even one game, but just about all of us felt confident after that).

Certainly an important come back, but being pedantic (sorry, and certainly not wanting to piss on your fire), they already knew they were good enough.

Equalising at Brentford
...but Murray's last minute header (and sprint the length of the pitch) at Brum for me.

Yes - that's when I knew we were going up.
