The rest seem easy wins for the chasing pack so we must win what I consider could be a 'banana skin' game as per last season.

Your "simple" formula is flawed - Performance counts for nowt in this game = it's points that make prizes .....
As we have seen on many an occasion, performing better than you opponents doesn't always return with 3 points

Maybe not on a game by game basis, but over the course of 46 games I would argue that better performances gain you the points advantage over lesser performing teams below you.

Agreed. Looking at it from the outside, it has worked well for us. Huddersfield play on Saturday, a game they probably can't make too many changes for. Then on the Tuesday they play, Reading who will have had extra time off before the match. As a result of that match, Reading have less time off for our home game against them.

Of course, that means nothing in the Championship but hopefully it will benefit us.

I would have thought that the key is just to concentrate on our next game and not to get drawn into what the chasing teams will do or not do. We can only control our own results and ensure that we do all we can to secure 3 points.

Promotion will not be won or lost on Tuesday night, but we can take one further step towards promotion with a win.

Spot on. There's not point worrying about other results, although obviously as fans that will be difficult.

If we get 90-92 points we will go up. That means concentrating on ourselves.

That's good to know. Kind of makes up for Brentford having 48 hrs extra prep/rest time than us thanks to Sky moving the Hudds game.
