Oooh, 99, flair!

Probably the most disappointing aspect of 2019's Albion was CH's regression had us perilously close to having numbers 1 to 11 on the pitch, on several occasions.

Without a full commitment to that cause the best thing the club can do is introduce some 90's into the equation.

Brighton / Hove actually
Perhaps Chris felt (justifiably) in the main, that they weren’t better than the person in possession of the shirt.

That said I’ve always said we should have a couple on the bench every game.

Otherwise ‘yes’, surely we need to rethink some of the multiple loans, when we our own team could be struggling.

Why are we signing a L1 CB when we have Ben White?

Good question. The only thing I can think of for Ben White is that the club are strict on making sure the younger players do play in the lower tiers rather than walking straight into the Prem.

I am quite surprised at Clarke signing though because we have Balogun and Burn to pick from as well, now making it five CB's to choose from. That said Clarke would be the only left footed CB we would have and Dunk would then be able to play in his more natural position as right CB meaning both can cross the ball into the box with their favourite foot.

Tudor has come through Hagi's academy.
Is/was playing for Hagi's academy feeder club.
With Hagi's son.

Some might see that as having a vested interest in Baluta.

The way you formatted those first 3 lines I assumed this was a Baluta song in the making. Was thinking it doesn't rhyme too well..

Surely that was based on the fact Mac Allister did not have an EU passport, which isn't a problem for Baluta
Yes, but something doesn't add up.

Either :

1 - The club spun a story about having Mac Allister in the first team squad, knowing it wasn't going to happen. This is the deja vu.

2 - The argus reported it incorrectly ! If so are they correct this time ?

3 - Mac Allister actually didn't apply for his passport when he had agreed to with the club, and the first the club heard of this was after saying he might be in the 1st team squad. Very disappointing if this is the case.

4 - He actually has his paperwork in order. More smoke and mirrors, then.

I can't see it having been mentioned on the last couple of pages....

Our lad Tudor Baluta I think is on Sky Football Channel kicking off at 5.30pm tonight (Fri) against England.

Yep, am tuned in to see how he performs against the likes of James Maddison and other PL players.

After all the hype Baluta looks pretty rubbish so far. As do England.

Co commentator questioning if a centre back in the Premier League needs to be able to head the ball?

I think NSC has already decided that he’s a bit shit :lolol:

Send him out on loan

Yep if only he was half as good as the fella who played on Tuesday.
