Would .....wouldn't

Trump is a complete and utter wanker. Of that there is absolutely no doubt.

If that was the case, why wasn't it corrected immediately after the conference in Helsinki, rather than waiting 24 hours. It's almost as if this is the best they can come up to counter the backlash against his press conference with Putin.

You would think that the President of America would be capable of reading a prepared statement, and would have read through the statement to become familiar with the wording and context ahead of delivering the speech.

Just one lie after another

He was in charge of fake news that day ..he was his own fake news.its great ..everything is going to be great

'Misspoke'

"When I called you a count, what I actually meant was...."

The man is beyond parody and beyond shame. Seriously I am not aware of any satire that has as its protagonast a more shallow, venal, and shameless character. He makes Captain Bob look like Terry Waite.

Edit: Mrs T suggests 'If only we could chain Donald Trump to a radiator for four years'

Would that be to one of those that are in a skip, nears one's abode?

Even better. She's a hard woman. Hard but fair.

It’s terrible when someone like Trump with no diplomatic skills or ability enters politics with no experience, denies things he’s said in the past and attempts to use the law and bullying to prevent debate and scrutiny of his activities. Just relieved it doesn’t happen in this country.

I see Trump is going around saying again that his father was born in Germany. The scariest thing is that he's prepared to blatantly lie about easily checked facts even though he knows people are recording his every word. Normally if a president lied about the place where his father was born, it would be a big story. With Trump, it is barely a blip.

My wife likes Harold Robbins.
After a hard day slaving under the hair dryer, she needs to unwind with a few aimless thrills.
Have you ever read any? It really is the most awful American well, not American Transatlantic tripe.
A sort of pornographic muzak.
Still, it keeps my wife off the streets.
We both like him.
Oh, oh, R-Rob-bins?! - What? - Harold Rob-bins?! I thought you meant that awful man what's his name? Ah Harold Robinson! Have you read any Harold Robinson? Ah! Painful!

Sadly, I'm sure there will, soon enough, come a time when it does.

Sadly there are too many idiots who vote for this moron. Voting should be banned for people below a certain IQ.

And the very selfish in the USA who might be 'bright', but have tunnel vision for gun ownership, sky high share prices, jobs at the expense of the environment, low taxation for the mega rich.

I just knew I wouldn’t be shocked when he turned coat again, but I also knew I would be utterly amazed that he squirmed his way out of it.
Very Nixonesque......

He was a like a naughty schoolboy being made to say sorry, but he really had his fingers crossed behind his back.

Trump plays up to Putin yesterday.

Today, Trump changes his mind as quickly as he changes his underpants.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-44864739

Yeah, but: 'The US president added: "I accept our intelligence community's conclusion that Russia's meddling in the 2016 election took place. Could be other people also. A lot of people out there."'

He had one job.

Just ONE cocking job! :ffsparr:
