No im not thick, i realise that if you are hand to hand fighting someone, whether they are slightly uphill from you matters not one bit. It only gives an advantage in ranged combat. Momentum...its obviously harder to go up hill and have you seen that hill as well.

Actually going up hill means you'll have a far more stable centre of gravity.

Going downhill means if you throw a punch you're more likely to over balance and fall forward off balance due to the incline of the hill.
