I am somewhat embarrassed to hear people behave in such an inappropriate and immature way. You say these people were grown men? Clearly not, with their actions.
They should be banned from all games for life.

I was right down the front and theer were two smashing lads next to me.....when we won a corner after a tussle in front of us, I swung my arm pointing towards the corner flag and belted this lad in the chops. I apologised perfusely, we both laughed about it, and that was t. No fighting, no spitting, no behaving like wannabe green streeters.

BTW I understand there was agroup of yoofs who when asked to sitdown as the people in the disabled section complained they couln't see continued to stand and told everyone near them who asked them to sit down, to "f*** off" and thought it was really funny!!

It was me losing my temper that forced the announcement to be made. I refused to sit in the disabled seat as people were standing up in front of it. The stewards washed their hands of the issue as they said they couldn't do anything else. They even accused me of having the wrong sort of ticket! I had to phone the main club switchboard to get the safety steward to take any action. I actually ended up sitting on the steps to get a better view. That's not allowed, but nobody stopped me.

Sadly they weren't yoofs - this was a group of 4, one of which was a teenager and the other three were made up of his dad and his dad's two mates. Literally unbelievable to see the lad turn round and call a female pensioner a miserable c**t and his dad laugh at it...

I can't believe this sort of thing happens when Brighton are pissing the league. Went to Crewe slaughtering Barnet 7-0 in August and all the anger was directed towards the players and manager totally at the end. Fans were united together in their disgust at the performance and the team have agreed to offer £10 for the trip to Shrewsbury on the coach to make up for it out of their wages. f*** that! £45 on the train arriving at 11am is a much better option.
