People don't need water and sewerage companies to deal with these issues - they can do that themselves, just as anyone else can. If the communities decided that they wanted the convenience of these services, then they can pay for them like everyone else does.

Oh to live in your wonderful pure world, do you really think these "communities" that you speak of so richly, actually want to be designated to pieces of free land, they do not live within the laws of mainstream society and to put it bluntly, will not be told what to do!

Yes i live overlooking the manor just got back from afternoon in the pub the dirty bastards are racing motorbikes all over the place, they have circled the kids playground. Last year they continually drove their vans between the stumps when manor cricket club were playing,if it was any of the local lads the police would be there in 5 minutes. Why are they immune silly question cos there's even people on this forum who think they have rights

The season has started early this year, the non tax paying migrant workers are camped out on St Helens green in Hangleton. Every friggin year the same poxy vans and caravans turn up at the same locations whilst the council stand idly by and pander to them. Best make sure your work vans are secure and garages locked.
